You post your videos yourself. Terano AI's access to TikTok, YouTube and Instagram is read-only: it never uploads on your behalf and never posts to your accounts. Publish is the stage where a video is ready to go out, not a button that sends it.
The Publish stage
Publish is the last of the four production stages, after Draft, Script and Edit. Moving a video there means the work is finished and it is ready to post. See Calendar and pipeline for the stages.
Open a video and the Publish room holds two things.
A tracked link
If the video points people somewhere (an offer, a shop, a signup) set that destination here and Terano AI gives you a short link to put in the description. Clicks on that link are what let Earn connect a video to what it made.
You can set it before you post or afterwards, but it has to be in the description at the moment the video goes live to be worth anything, so setting it first is the habit.
Live numbers
Until Terano AI has seen the video go live, this part is empty and says so. Once a sync picks it up, the room shows a live badge with the date it went out, and the video's real numbers alongside its position on your research map.
How Terano AI notices a video went live
Syncs read your connected channels and try to match each upload to a planned video. An exact platform identifier is matched first. Failing that, uploads are matched on title and date within a window around the scheduled date.
A confident match stamps the planned video with its real numbers and the date it was posted, and marks it as live.
Confirming the ones it could not place
Some uploads cannot be matched with confidence: the post exists but nothing in your pipeline clearly corresponds to it, or it looks like a duplicate of a video that is already there. These are never attached to a record on a guess. Instead they queue for you to confirm, and a notification tells you how many are waiting.
Each one shows the incoming post, playable in place, next to the pipeline records it could belong to. You answer one of three ways:
- Same: this post is that record. The record is updated with the real numbers.
- Keep as its own video: this is a separate video, not one of those.
- Skip for now: decide later.
Where two of your own records look like the same video, the question is phrased as "did we get this right?" and you confirm or reject the merge.
After a video is live
A live record is read-only, so the work that produced it cannot be edited away underneath the numbers. If you genuinely need to change something, unlock it from the room header. It is one deliberate confirmation, and it applies only while that record is open.
