Terano AI can publish or schedule content to connected TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram accounts. Publishing is consent-gated: it happens only when you choose the connected account and initiate the action in the workspace.

Prepare the video record

Before publishing, confirm the video's title, schedule, assets, and current production status. Ensure the target platform account is connected and that its OAuth consent includes the publishing permission. Older connections may need to be reconnected if they were granted read-only access before publishing support was added.

Choose the target deliberately

Select the connected account or accounts that should receive the post. Review the material and platform-specific requirements before confirming the action. Terano AI does not publish on your behalf without this explicit request.

Track long-running work

Publishing and related processing can run as tracked background jobs. The jobs tray gives you a cross-page place to review their state rather than leaving you to infer whether a request is still running.

Sync completed uploads

When a connected-platform sync finds a published upload, Terano AI tries to match it back to a planned video. Exact platform identifiers are used first; title and date signals can be used for later matching. A confirmed match records the post and its metrics on the video so its analysis stays connected to the production record.

Resolve ambiguity

If a match is uncertain, review it in the unmatched-uploads flow. Link it to the correct planned video or leave it unlinked. This prevents one account's upload data from being attached to the wrong item in the calendar.

For connection permissions and revoke controls, see the individual platform connection pages.
