Audience has four views: Info, People, Voice and Probes. Each has its own link, such as /audience?view=voice, and each stands on its own data: a view whose data is missing says so without taking the other three down with it.

Info

The measured demographic mix: one bar per country, per age band, per gender.

Pick a single platform to see that platform's own reading, or All for a blend across everything connected, weighted by each platform's follower count. It is a mix, not a census: YouTube reports viewers while Instagram and TikTok report followers, and the bar puts them side by side.

TikTok does not offer a public demographics API. When TikTok is connected, it is simply left out of the blend rather than counted as zero, so the mix never understates a country because one platform could not answer.

Info also lists your follower count for each connected channel. A channel Terano AI cannot currently read shows a dash rather than a made-up number.

People

The segments the demographic data resolves into, drawn as the people they describe: how large a share of your audience each one is, how confident the reading is, and, where something has actually priced the segment, what it is worth through each route to money.

Open a persona for the detail. What is measured is shown as solid chips; what is being guessed is shown as dashed ones, and tapping a dashed chip turns it into a probe so you can go and find out. The sheet also names which of your own videos pulled that segment in hardest.

Nothing here is invented. A segment nothing has priced shows no worth at all rather than a plausible figure, and there are no month-on-month deltas, because a capture is a single reading rather than a series.

Voice

What your audience keeps saying, mined from the comments on your videos and grouped into themes. Each theme carries how often it came up, real quoted comments, and which platform those comments came from: a theme built from YouTube comments never implies Instagram evidence.

A theme only appears if it has a quotable example behind it. A cluster with nothing you can read is an assertion you cannot check, so it is left out.

Each theme leads to Ideas, on the reasoning that something your audience keeps asking for is a video you have not made yet.

Probes

Questions you can put to your audience: drawn as they will look on the platform you would post them to, so you can see the thing rather than read a description of it.

Terano AI does not post them. Adopting a probe records that you intend to ask it; posting it is something you go and do on the platform, and recording the answer is something you come back and do here.

Refreshing, and when a connection dies

Info and People need a capture from a connected platform. The Refresh button runs one, and it is available from every empty state, not only after a first capture has succeeded.

If a platform connection has expired, refreshing cannot fix it: the page offers Reconnect instead, and the same item appears in your notifications. See Notifications.
