The calendar is the operational view for planned video work. It uses Monday-based weeks and shows scheduled content so you can see upcoming production alongside completed posts. Add or update a video to give the team one shared record for its work.
Track production stages
Each video uses a four-stage pipeline:
- Draft is an optional place to park an idea before scripting starts.
- Script is the normal starting stage for a video with script work.
- Edit represents content in production.
- Publish represents content ready to be posted or scheduled.
Stage indicators are derived from the video's current status. You do not need to maintain a second checklist to keep the pipeline display in sync.
Schedule with deadlines
Set a scheduled date for a video using an ISO date. Terano AI derives a production deadline two days before the scheduled date unless you provide a specific deadline. When the scheduled date changes, the derived deadline updates unless you have explicitly set one.
Use the agenda for work due
The agenda and production views help turn the calendar into a practical to-do list. Use them to review work that is due, locate a video record, and move the work forward as the script, edit, and publishing steps are completed.
Keep one source of truth
Use the video record for the title, schedule, production status, assets, and publishing context. When a connected platform sync matches a published upload to a planned video, it can bring real metrics back to the record so later analysis reflects the completed work.
