Connect Google Drive from workspace connection settings when you want to use a Drive account for creator-scoped assets. The connection uses Google's OAuth flow, so Google presents the permissions before you approve access.

What the connection supports

The Drive connection identifies the Google account and gives Terano AI the access required for files the workspace creates or opens through its Drive integration. It supports the asset workflow behind video production without granting broad access to every file in your Drive.

Permissions requested

Terano AI requests these Google scopes:

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file to create, open, and manage the Drive files that the app uses through this connection.
  • openid to identify the signed-in Google account.
  • email to associate that identity with the connection.

The drive.file scope is limited to files the app creates or files you open with the app, rather than all files in your Drive. Google presents the final consent screen and scopes at connection time.

Disconnect and revoke

Disconnecting the Drive account from Terano AI revokes the Google token used for that connection. You can also remove access in Google Account security settings. Disconnecting stops future access to Drive through the workspace; it does not delete files from your Drive.
