Price / fees

Plan and pay-as-you-go pricing is shown on the final confirmation screen of the purchase flow. Pricing is not published while the product is in beta. The Creator plan is billed monthly and renews automatically until you cancel. PAYG usage is billed monthly in arrears against actual consumption. How consumption tax is treated in the displayed price is shown on the purchase screen.

Payment methods

Recurring payments are taken by credit or debit card via Stripe, including card-backed wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. The methods shown on the purchase screen are authoritative. Bank transfer is available for ORG and agency accounts.

Payment timing

Subscriptions are charged at the start of each billing period (monthly or annually). PAYG usage is billed monthly in arrears.

Provision of services

Access is enabled immediately after successful payment.

System requirements

A PC or tablet running a current version of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari or Firefox. An internet connection is required, with JavaScript and cookies enabled. Some features require connecting a YouTube, TikTok or Instagram account.

Cancellation & refunds

You may cancel at any time. On cancellation we refund the unused portion of the current billing period — prorated by day (monthly) or by remaining whole month (annual). PAYG usage pays for tokens already consumed and is non-refundable after consumption. We refund or credit duplicate charges, billing errors, and extended service outages attributable to Terano. Other refunds are at our discretion — contact us at the email above. As an online (mail-order) sale, statutory cooling-off does not apply; this policy governs in place of the default statutory return right. B2B professional-services engagements follow their separately signed agreement.
