Article 1 (User Information Acquired and Acquisition Method)
The Operator acquires the following information from Users in providing the Service:

- Messages, prompts, and related content submitted through the AI Guide or other interactive features
Information Acquired Automatically in Connection with Use of the Service

- Access logs (pages viewed, date/time of use, usage environment, etc.)
- Device information (OS, browser type, device-specific IDs, etc.)
Article 2 (Purpose of Use)
The Operator uses acquired User information within the scope of the following purposes:

- To operate the AI Guide and related interactive features.
- To respond to inquiries, consultations, requests, and career applications from Users.

The Operator will not provide acquired personal information to third parties (including those outside Japan) without the User's prior consent, except as permitted under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) and other laws. This does not apply in the following cases:
When User information is provided to a partner service because the User uses a feature that expressly requests introduction, referral, or handoff to that partner.

- When necessary to protect life, body, or property and obtaining consent is difficult.
- When particularly necessary for public health or sound growth of children and obtaining consent is difficult.
- When necessary to cooperate with government authorities in executing legally prescribed affairs and obtaining consent is likely to impede execution.
- When User information is provided to analytics, authentication, hosting, or other subcontractors necessary to operate the Service, subject to appropriate safeguards.
Article 4 (Disclaimer Regarding Third-Party Handling)
When User information is provided to a partner or other third party at the User's request or through a linked service, that information comes under the control of the third party. We assume no responsibility for the third party's handling of personal information.
Before providing information to a partner service, Users should review that service's privacy policy and proceed at their own judgment and responsibility.
