Terano AI uses the information needed to operate your workspace and the connections you choose to authorize. This can include account identity information, connected-platform metadata and analytics, content records, scripts, assets, and the operational data needed to provide the service.

Connected accounts

TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Google Drive connections use official OAuth flows. Each service presents its own consent screen and scopes. Those scopes determine what Terano AI can access for that connection; authorizing one provider does not authorize another.

Content and performance information

Connected-platform information can be used to import published videos, maintain content records, and support analysis. Sync can bring metrics from a matched upload into its planned video record. Drive can be connected for the files the workspace uses through its Drive integration.

Workspace controls

Workspace administrators manage access for the organization and creators it is set up to support. Keep account access limited to people who should work with that content. If you no longer want a platform or Drive account connected, disconnect it in the connection settings. The connector revokes the token it uses for that service.

AI-assisted work

Terano AI provides ideation and scripting assistance, but you review output before using it. The product is designed to ground assistance in available creator and content context; it does not remove your responsibility to review material before recording or publishing it.
