Terano AI is currently in limited beta. Access is free during the beta and an administrator onboards each workspace. This lets the team confirm the intended organization, creators, and connected services before work begins. Paid plans arrive at general availability.

Request access

Use the Request access form on the Terano AI site to share the details needed for onboarding. Include the person who should own the workspace and enough context for the team to understand the content operation you want to run. The form is an access request, not an automatic account creation flow.

What happens next

An administrator reviews the request and, when approved, sets up the initial workspace. You may receive an invitation to join it. Follow the invitation link with the email address that was invited, then complete the account and session steps shown in the app.

After your workspace is ready

Begin by confirming the creators and organization that should have access. Then connect the platform accounts or Google Drive account you need. Connections are separate: granting access to one service does not grant Terano AI access to another.

Keep ownership clear

Use the workspace for the creators and content it was set up to manage. If collaborators need access, ask the workspace administrator to invite them through the appropriate organizational controls. Do not share sign-in credentials.

Before connecting accounts

Read the documentation for TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, or Google Drive. Each page describes the OAuth permissions requested and how to disconnect later.
