Use the Request your data page to submit a request concerning personal data associated with Terano AI. The request flow gives the team the information needed to identify the relevant account or workspace and respond through the appropriate process.

Request access

If you want to understand or receive personal data associated with you, submit an access request through the data-request page. Include accurate identifying information and enough context to help locate the relevant account, invitation, or workspace. Do not include passwords, OAuth tokens, or other secrets in a request.

Request erasure

If you want personal data erased, use the same data-request page and choose the request type that matches your need. The team may need to verify identity and clarify which account or data is in scope before processing the request.

Disconnecting is a separate control

Disconnecting a platform or Google Drive account stops the workspace from accessing that service in the future and revokes the token used for the connection. It does not automatically make an access or erasure request for data already associated with the workspace. Submit a data request when you need that separate action.

Review account access

If you belong to an organization workspace, contact its administrator about ordinary workspace access and membership questions. For a connected account, use the connection settings to disconnect it and use the provider's own security controls if you also want to remove Terano AI there.
